Method

Step 1

  • Place the milk and vanilla concentrate into a medium skillet and bring to the bubble.

Step 2

  • In a bowl, whisk togather the cornflour , egg yolks and icing sugar.

Step 3

  • Pour the milk over the cornflour combination and mix in, then, at that point, return tothe dish, placeover alow intensity and cook until the blend thickens. Don’t boi, generally the mixturewill coagulate.
